I was diagnosed with type two diabetes the same week we got my sisters wedding pictures back. I knew it was time for change!
Have you tried any other weight loss plans (low fat, low calorie, or other) in the past? How did they work out?
I have tried low calorie, weight loss pills, lipo laser. Everything under the sun! Nothing worked, ever!
Tell us about your weight loss experience. How did you change your diet and lifestyle? How did this affect your life (health, well-being, attitude, energy)?
I cut down to less than 30 carbs a day. I have been full of energy. Migraines are gone. Knees don't ache. I've dropped 4 sizes. I've never been happier.
How did Carb Manager help you stay on track? Which features did you find the most useful?
I was able to see that I needed more protein and even when going out to eat I was able to chose healthier options.
What was the most difficult part of losing weight? What techniques did you use to overcome these challenges? What kept you motivated?
The most difficult part was not giving up when the weight didn't fall off over night.
What do you see as the greatest benefits of going low carb?
I now have a waistline! Can you believe it?! I feel better, my skin's better, my life is better!
What's the best thing about being at your new weight?
I fit into clothes I haven't been able to fit into in years! Not to mention my boyfriend finds me even sexier!
What are your health & fitness goals going forward?
My doctor said I am reversing my diabetes by doing so well! So I will stick to using Carb Manager and I will be better than ever!

Don't give up!!! Track everything BEFORE IT GOES IN YOUR MOUTH! Meal prep always helps. Keep going. You will do great. Log everything you can!
